Getting in a workout first thing in the morning makes the day that much better. Whether you go for a run, hit up a power yoga class, or get in a gym workout, if you do it in the morning, you’re sure to get it done. But sometimes you don’t have time to grab a shower and spend another hour getting ready. Not to worry, we’ve got tips for looking your best after a workout, no shower required. 1. Curb dampness and odor. A little baby powder goes a long way when it comes to curbing odor. It also makes wet hair look fresh. Add some to your shoes as well to stop odor before it starts. Make sure you choose baby powder that’s free of talc, which has been linked to some forms of cancer. 2. Towel off along the way. Bring a number of hand towels along so you can wipe off before sweat messes up your hair. Don’t be afraid to sweat, but absorb that sweat before it soaks you down. 3. Pack fresh cloths. After a good workout, your cloths can take a beating. But bringing along another outfit is a quick fix. Pack fresh socks and underwear as well and you’ll feel like a new person. 4. Wipe it off. A number of companies make fast and easy facial wipes. The good ones are made with natural ingredients like rose water and lavender. Use them on your face as well as all the places that you sweated up a storm. Don’t fret, you can get in a great workout and leave them gym looking your best.
